Individual Banana Nut Muffin
Good morning!! Today I wanted something a bit more substantial for breakfast! So I made this individual Banana Nut Muffin! Itβs warm, delicious, and can be made in under 8 mins!! Full of good fats, low in carbs, and even gets a little protein in. These are HUGE muffins best served fresh(although if you bake it vs microwave it stays softer longer)! I topped with 1 Tbsp of @choczero Caramel Syrup (I also have a picture sans syrup). You could toast it and throw on some butter if you like, a dollop of fresh whipped cream, or heat it as is with a sprinkle of powdered erythritol! No need to miss your bakery pastries in the morning! I have got you covered!! Are there any pastries you would like to see me keto-fy?
