White Chocolate Lava Cale
When you are craving white chocolate and some ChocZero White Chocolate Dipping Cups magically appear in your mailbox 😆I made this moist chocolate cake and filled it with a delicious molten white chocolate center!! Drizzled a little Choczero chocolate sauce on top with 2 Tbsp of Keto ice cream and you will be in heaven!!!
Keto4Karboholics White Chocolate Lava Cake (Makes 2)
Macros for 1 : 228 Calories, 18.4g Fats, 2g Carbs, 6.3g Protein
1 oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
1 Choczero White Chocolate Dipping Cup
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 large Egg
3 tbsp Swerve(http://amzn.to/2hiGeiO)
1 tbsp Coco Powder (http://amzn.to/2ibv7bc)
2 tsp Coconut flour (http://amzn.to/2icMOH5)
1/4 tsp Baking powder
Combine bakers chocolate and butter and melt in a microwave safe bowl in bursts of 30 seconds.
Add cream and the egg to the chocolate and butter mixture. Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients: Swerve, coco powder, coconut flour and baking powder into chocolate/butter mixture until you get a smooth uniform thick batter.
Pour half the batter into your greased ramekin.
Place 1/2 of the dipping cup right in the center.
Pour the second half over the dipping cup.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 13-15 minutes.
You'll know it's done when the edges have firmed and the center is still a little jiggly/not fully cooked seeming.
Serve immediately and enjoy with some chocolate drizzle or more white chocolate drizzled on top! Oh and 2 Tbsp of some keto ice cream!!!
