Bonus: for those that love a lady or lad that is sugar-free, keto, or low carb, getting a treat like this made for me would certainly be a very welcomed gift. Not only because it is sweet (in more ways than one) but homemade gifts are full of thought and love. And while diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, enjoying a delicious meal or treat without having to make it or do the dishes/clean up is a REAL best friend and right up there with sparkly things ;)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Whoopie Pies! Have you ever heard of a whoopie pie? A few years back I found out they are more of a North East kind of treat with being more common in only a few other regions too.

My Chocolate Peanut Butter Whoopies are a favorite of mine when it comes to desserts! They freeze well and the combination of chocolate and peanut butter is perfectly balanced in this perfectly portioned treat. Make your sweetheart a batch and it will be the gift that keeps giving when they can enjoy one on Valentine’s Day and have some extras to enjoy later.

Wow! Seriously the presentation here is on point! This is the one for those that can’t choose between chocolate covered strawberries or a cheesecake! Why not have both?!

This showstopper will be sure to impress on Valentine’s Day! My Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake looks difficult, but the decorating can be as simple or complicated as you like! For the “swirly” decorations on top I just melted my chocolate chips then used a ziplock bag to pip it out onto a sheet of parchment paper in the design I wanted and let it harden in the fridge. It worked great for adding a little more “oomf” to my cake!

Chocolate Layered Perfection! The Must Be A Cheat Truffle is a fan favorite among my challengers.

If you want a light mousse like dessert, my Must Be A Cheat Truffle is it! It is a chocolate masterpiece that tantalizes the taste buds with layers of rich flavors. Whipped layers of chocolate and vanilla perfectly topping the nutty crust making another perfect option for a Valentine’s Day dessert! This is a dessert that regularly makes appearances at cookouts in the summer for me. I find that it is a crowd pleaser, can make a bunch of servings, and is very simple to put together without heating the whole house up in the summer. But you can certainly enjoy this any time of the year.

Chocolate Turtles, enough said. Make/buy a cute little box to present them in and add a homemade card and it’s sure to be a hit to whoever you gift them to!

Indulge in the ultimate keto-friendly treat with our irresistible Keto Chocolate Turtle recipe. Chocolate turtles have always been my favorite specialty chocolate treat. I looked forward to getting some every Valentine’s Day from my husband when he would stop by a local Chocolatier. I started making these keto friendly sugar-free turtles a few years back and now they are a staple for holidays among myself and my family.

If you like s’mores and you like chocolate chip cookies you will LOVE this perfect combo of the two!

These keto S'mores Bars are made with a with a chocolate chip cookie/ blondie base loaded with a delicious crumbly topping and MARSHMALLOWS! Just like the other recipes I have recommended, this one will freeze well if you happen to have leftovers. Which is a bonus if you are making this recipe for a loved one (or even yourself) as you get a treat for today and some for another day! And who doesn’t love being able to open up the freezer and pull out a delicious keto treat. My kids absolutely loved this recipe which also made it a double win in my book.

While the other recipes may be “only desserts” this Lemon Ricotta Cake could really double as a dessert or a breakfast cake!

Indulge in a zesty delight with my Lemon Ricotta Cake, a symphony of tangy citrus and creamy richness. Each moist and fluffy slice is bursting with vibrant lemon flavor, perfectly balanced by subtle sweetness and the velvety texture of ricotta cheese. This is a great option for those that aren’t super into chocolatey desserts. And if you don’t like lemon, I also have a chocolate chip version of this too here!
